they just don't know it yet ! The time lines for new battery chemistries production lines are maybe 2023 and far beyond ! The battery is powered by a new anode that uses new silicon.

But the big mystery is can HPQ actually produce it.  Isn't Bernie saying at least three years now..... On a side note that FERRO actually looks like a good stock at this time. GSM they have a thing called revenue quite amazing. 1.8 billion worth and climbing
