Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in British Columbia (BC), Canada. The Company’s projects include the Highland Valley and Cariboo properties. The Highland Valley project consists of approximately 23,449 hectares(ha) and is located 35 kilometers (km) north of Merritt, south central BC, Canada. The Cariboo properties include Fox property, Hawk property, Hen and Art-DL property and Silverboss property. The Fox property is located approximately 70 km northeast of 100 Mile House in the south Cariboo region of BC, Canada. The Hawk property is located approximately 36 km northeast of 100 Mile House, south central BC, Canada. The Hen and Art-DL property is located about 16 km southeast of the Boss Mt. The Silverboss property is located approximately 85 km northeast of 100 Mile House in south central BC. It also holds Mystery Lake property and adjoins the Rateria property to the northwest of the Company’s Zone two (2) deposit.

Let our optimism move toward culmination. Happy Creek has projects dealing with gold, copper, molybdenum and silver. This business is not a one shot deal. SIX 100% owned properties situated in BC, Canada, all in close proximity to existing or important past producing mines.

1. Rateria: Adjoins Teck’s Highland Valley copper mine

2. Silverboss: Adjoins Xstrata’s Boss Mountain molybdenum mine

3. Fox: Close to the Boss Mountain mine and is a new tungsten-moly discovery.

4. Art-DL: Adjoins Skygold Ventures new Thunder Ridge gold discovery

5. Hawk Property: 24 kilometres south of the Boss Mountain moly mine

6. Hen Property: 16 kilometres southeast of the Boss Mt. molybdenum mine

On the Rateria Copper Property, Management’s GOAL is a minimum of 430 million tons grading .3% to .5% Copper*. Taking this minimum quantity and minimum grade, the number is still staggering. The amount is about 3 billion pounds of copper. If future work proves the upper scale of tonnage and grade then HPY may boast 10 to 15 billion pounds copper. Enchanting numbers.
