Check out slide 32 of Stan's corporate presentation. Assuming the company meets it stated timeframe for drilling results (due now), and binding off take agreements signed in 2013 Q1 and we should be off to the races. Of course all bets are off if the US falls off the fiscal cliff or the bottom falls out of Rare earth prices although both of these will be temporary setbacks. The big concern then will be financing until things stabilize.
