Legal Update

I am a fairly long-time holder who has averaged down over time.  It has always been my belief that, at the end of the day, the Russians would intervene due to the strategic nature of Stans' operation and to blunt China's efforts to maintain its monopoly.  Based on this legal update, however, I am rethinking whether the Russians are going to pull any strings at all.  If they don't, Stans' likelihood of success is significantly diminished.

Any thoughts on this?
