RE:New Chairman.....Arbitration is not an option but rather a last resort. When all other recourses have been exhausted then and only then will the company go to court  for arbitration. There will be claims and counter claims that will tie up the company for years and even if and when Stan's receives a favourable ruling it will take more time before any kind of compensation can be received. 

The courts in Krygyz will eventually exonerate Stan's and we will move forward. Like it or not it is part of the cost of doing business in a developing country where democracy is at best in its infancy. Our present Chairman, Mr. Irwin, is a skilled diplomat. I'd say that for the time being we have the right man in the chair given our present circumstances. In the next phase of the company' s business cycle, we will need a different skill set and yes, kettl_a, look for someone with a business acumen that is perhaps missing at present.
