Looks the courts are hitting hard against the hooligans that are organizing illegal protests against mining operations (Kumtor). I know that Stans has full support of the surrounding communities, but this should help dissaude anyone from coming out of the weedwork and trying to block Stans progress once we get boots back in the dirt.
