David on Kutessay II

David on Kutessay II
I recently contacted David with some questions about Kutessay II, specifically the possibility of future lawsuits in regards to the mine.  I can't quote him, but was granted permission to paraphrase.

He says that the Kyrgyz government has screwed up in a number of areas, so more lawsuits are possible, although they wouldn't compare to the Kutessay II award.  However, he says that the company's goal is to produce rare earth elements, not to get bogged down in the court system.

Regaining control of Kutessay II, he says, is a matter of coming to an agreement with the Kyrgyz government, rather than a matter of filing lawsuits.  The government will determine, in the final analysis, whether or not the company will be able to operate the mine.

David said that shareholders can feel free to email him with questions.
