RE:RE:RE:RE:Thais is BSOk, you're right--the market doesn't agree that it's a near certainty that Stans will collect on the arbitration award.  But I think the legal precedent of Sistem's victory over the Kyrgs in the Canadian courts almost ensures Stans' ability to collect.  The market, unfortunately, views seizure of a government's foreign assets by a private company as a really murky legal area. 

     The positive precedent established by Sistem's (as always, probably spelled incorrectly) legal victory, in my view, really bodes well for Stans.  As does the capitulation of the Kyrgyz government to Sistem.  It could take a long time--another factor in the average investor's lack of interest in Stans--but I'm willing to wait.
