Not sure I would get too excited about this yet. It appears that the principal case has been remanded for a decision consistent with the advisory opinion. This could result in a setting aside of the award on jurisdictional grounds - it appears at least that the Kyrgs Canadian lawyer believes that they have a strong case for doing so. If that award gets set aside the injunction will be dissolved and nothing will go to Stans. Think this is why the share price has yet to move on the news, and why it is not yet time to invest any more money in Stans you can't afford to lose. BTW I am a longtime disappointed shareholder that hopes better days are coming.
