Believe what you wish, but I will make these affirmative representations to you. I hold some HREEF; I have never sold short; I have no interest in any other Kyrg investments or relationship with any Kyrg people or government or business that I am aware of; and to my knowledge I would receive no financial or other benefit from a decline is Stans's stock. I decided to look into Stans to see if it justified adding to my investment. I do not have access to Stans management or all the legal filings, and I am not a Canadian or international law lawyer, so I claim no expertise and I could certainly be wrong and (other that as a matter of personal pride) hope I am. But based upon what I have read in my due diligence, it appeared to me that a lot of people on here are misinterpreting the information that they are receiving, and were continuing to invest based upon those misconceptions. In litigation, Stans isn't going to point out the arguments against their position, so one cannot expect good balanced info from them. I am just sharing what I have found and my opinion of what it means. I have followed Stans and this board for at least a couple of years. If someone else was doing the research and giving what I consider good independent information on the claims, then I wouldn't be taking the time to. If you wish to discount my opinion because it is negative rather than positive, then do so. I guess it is far easier to believe someone who is invested in the stock and wants to see it rise in price, when they unconditionally spout the company's glorious attributes.
