My point is not that you should not invest in Stans at this time. STANS MAY BE A GREAT INVESTMENT AT THESE PRICE LEVELS. My point is that I see serious issues with enforcement of the arbitration claim, these issues are not likely to be disclosed by Stans management at this time and under these circumstances, and these issues are real and should be considered in making your investment decision. It is a matter of risk and reward. It was not my intent to belabor the issues. BTW goldgoose, I think Canada follows the American view - see Canadian International Commercial Arbitration Act (https://www.ontariocourts.ca/search-canlii/scj/scj-en.htm). section 36. Not sure what happens pending appeal, but the appeal may be decided soon anyway - well before we could expect a decision from Ontario. I do seem to recall that the judge made a comment in the last decision about not deciding what the Russian court would decide on appeal (this was in response to an argument by the Kyrgs that the award would be overthrown due to the CIS advisory opinion).
