David on Russian REE properties

I recently emailed David on the possibility of acquiring HRE properties in Russia and received a prompt reply.  He doesn't allow direct quotations, but he does allow paraphrasing.

He says that Stans is still committed to the REE market and is still evaluating opportunities in the the mining and processing parts of the industry.  There are lots of challenges in the REE marketplace.  The company believes, however, that owing to their technical knowledge and business partnerships, there may be opportunities in the REE market that Stans can take advantage of.
