RE:RE:RE:RE:To David and his reponse
I don't expect a private placement to happen any time soon. This is a typical (mis)management practice in small mining firms. They do not want to dilute the shares so they put off raising money, unlike many well managed juniors that try to keep a year of cash burn on hand. When things don't go right, and no one wants to buy their stock and the share price is no longer being supported, the placement either doesn't happen or is so dilutive the shareholders get destroyed. Of course, management makes their money in salaries not shares. At current prices I imagine that management is paralyzed. The legal team is probably down to hoping to settle things with Kyrgs and Centerra because they aren't getting paid. If the Kyrgs can hold out a little longer they may be able to solve the issue without paying Stans a dime (but be subject to a renewed claim by Stans in a properly instituted arbitration). If I were trying to get things resolved between these parties, I would propose that Stans' spin off its Kyrg assets including the claims, licenses, processing plant, etc., and sell that company to Centerra for cash. Centerra could then use the spun off company to mine Kutisssay with the Kyrgs as their partners (whom they seem to be willing to accept). Win win for everyone. except the longer term Stans shareholders who bought at more than say 0.15 or so Think the price would be far far less than $118 million - what is our current market cap? with maybe a little kicker thrown in for the value of the drilling results and other technical data that I believe management has not fully disclosed - unless the MCCI award is affirmed in Moscow City Court. But Stans would at least survive to pursue other opportunities and continue to pay management's salaries. The only sticky point that I can see with that approach is the processing technology which maybe Stans and VHNIIT(?) could license. Oh well, just hoping. Maybe they read this. I just do not see any real likelihood that Stans gets money from litigation anytime soon, and likely not from the seizure of Centerra shares based upon my research.
