MCCI jurisdiction
MCCI jurisdiction Question for the board, if the court determines the MCCI did not have jurisdiction does this immediately void our award. I recall reading that the court case did not matter at this point to the canadian courts. I find this very confusing and have read the opinion of the CIS court hold more influence than the MCCI which is not great for us.
Look forward to some clarity....
