Why the change?

David now says in the latest release that the outcome of the Russian case may affect enforcement of award in Canada. He says that the Canadian court would have to use discretion to enforce award if set aside (basically acknowledging that the general rule is otherwise). Didn't he say not long ago that the Russian appeal was "irrelevant." Didn't you guys shout me down when I said what he is now saying in his release? The addition of that "note" in the last release made it the first full disclosure shareholders have gotten about legal matters since the advisory decision in the CIS court last September. Why the change - did Stans just get better legal counsel to advise them?
