Here is communication relayed from David re impact of Russian appeal as posted by Jarmeanio on November 4, 2014.. Does not appear to be consistent with the recent release.

Our legal team has advised us that the CIS economic court ruling will not impact our award by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce.

Kyrgyzstan must challenge us in Ontario where the assets are arrested during the collection process which will begin shortly. We will issue a legal update very soon outlining our next steps.
