RE:Ontario ruling agrees that MCCI does not have jurisdiction

The Ontario courts did NOT AGREE that MCCI didn't have jurisdiction. They merely recognized the decision of the courts of the country in which the arbitration took place (Russia) setting aside the award, which under the Canadian International Commercial Arbitration Act is a defense to enforcement. However, the court did go on to say that the CIS decision was obviously relevant to the issue (something Stans and most other people on here denied) and should have been disclosed.
