Well, the news release says that Stans will continue to try to enforce the arbitration agreement - good luck with that. Agree with you goldgoose that this is very unlikely. The problem with a pre-arbitration attachment of the Centerra shares is that Stans would likely have to file a bond. Not sure where the money would come from to do so. I think Stans has to be valued as a litigation company - no money to do anything else. So what is arbitration claim worth subject to the litigation financing agreement? I put the over under at about $30 million, although with fully funded lawyers they have a chance to find a way to get more.
