email to David V. (new arbitration)

email to David V. (new arbitration)I just sent the following email to David which should be of interest to some on the board:

    Hello David,

I have a question about how the Kyrgyz government was served in regards to the new arbitration claim.  Was the government served with the Amended Notice of Application in accordance with section 9 (1) and (2) of the State Immunity Act?

I'm asking the question because Sistem's failure to follow the rules stipulated by the State Immunity Act resulted in the company's defeat in the Canadian court system.

Also, since Stans has a previous arbitration victory over the Kyrgyz government, would it be possible to have the Centerra shares re-frozen on the basis of the new, pending arbitration hearing, even before a decision is rendered by the arbitration court?

I'd appreciate it if you could shed any light on these issues.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Regards,
