The information regarding the final appeal to the Moscow Supreme Court was new to me also. It was either Rodney or Boris who shared it. The rationale is to exhaust every avenue of appeal in Russia and when denied being able to strengthen its case in Ontario to the Superior Court regarding the biased and unfair treatment received. If you feel David was misleading you by omitting this information, you should write or better yet call him. I think the appeal to the Moscow Supreme Court was automatic once the last appeal by the Moscow lower court was handed down.
Calunius is our ace in the hole if you subscribe like many of us do that the Kryghese are trying to litigate the company into bankruptcy. Lawyers are very expensive and the courts are painfully slow in processing these kind of cases.
Calunius certainly believes Stans has a better than even chance of winning in the courts. They are not a charity. They believe there is a profit to be made here. In fact a very handsome profit.
