I appreciate the information you guys have provided for us.  I'd like to know if you heard company officials address any of the following issues:

1.  Has a date been set for a hearing to re-freeze the Centerra shares?  Will Stans make its case largely on the basis of the new arbitration proceeding?  On the website, the company only says that it is considering further actions in this area.

2.  Assuming a new arbitration victory, what assets would Stans pursue in the event that the Centerra shares have been sold?  There are currently two huge arbitration claims against the Kyrgyz government, totaling $570 million.  If these companies also have to pursue non-Centerra assets, and given that they have a long head-start on Stans, will there be any assets left for Stans to try to seize?

3.  For Yeribe:  Which Western countries ignored
Moscow City Regional Arbitrazh Court decisions (based on the lack of impartiality in these courts) that set aside arbitration awards?  (Again, the website does not go into specifics.)  Also, and this is crucially important, was Russia the seat of arbitration in these disputes?

4.  For 4putt:  Are you saying that the company plans to pursue mining opportunities in Russia even without an eventual court victory in Canada?

5.  Is the new arbitration proceeding essentially on hold until the Canadian court renders its decision on the MCCI award, as the website implies?  If so, how will this affect the company's ability to re-freeze the Centerra shares?

I'd appreciate any light that can be shed on these matters.
