4Putt and Yeribe, thanks for the replies.  I'm going to forward some of my questions to David.  If I get a reply I'll paraphrase it here on the board.

Yeribe, I think it's unlikely that the Kyrgs will try to nationalize the mine.  Considering, however, that the two current arbitration claims against the government total $570 million, it remains a strong possibility that the Kyrgs will sell the shares.
