RE:RE:RE:They are dealing with Russia...Yeribe,
I raised the question with Boris and Rodney about Russia seeing that the Russian court's are clearly politicized and as such this seemed the obvious motivation for the overturn of the MCCI's ruling. "Why are we still trying to do business in such a country as Russia given the flagrant disregard of the rule of international law"? The response in the open Q&A was that the mining was/is risky business everywhere today. However, it was pointed out that there are a number of successful Canadian mining companies currently in Russia. In the conversation after the meeting, Boris talked about his dealings over there with the bureaucracy. It sounds like there remain a number of prospective partners including the Skolkovo grant we were awarded and is still pending. https://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2014/09/09/stans-energy-approved-as-participant-in-skolkovo-government-grant-program
Part of this same conversation included the importance of our Intellectual Property which has no peer outside of France. My conclusion is that Stans has a reasonable shot at developing the company should they prove successful in the courts and if Boris decides to stay the course. First things, first,we need to win and get a reasonable settlement. Not an easy task but Calunius is placing a sizeable bet on us.
