RE:RE:RE:dilute

RE:RE:RE:diluteThis is less than one year away.  The due diligence has yet to be completed.  And, givent hat Sans has yet to prove that they are other than stooges when it comes to development of a project, the only possible roll that Stans can play in this process is acquisition to western capital and markets, why would the Russians want to force Stans to radically dilute there stock just to raise the first $1 million.  How much further dilution to think it will take to get the job done.  Your scenatio ignores the fact that Stans is going to give up probably one-half of the recovery for legal financing, and that it is unli8kely that they will receive 100% of their claim in arbitration.   Then there has to be a discount for the cost of recovering against the Kyrgyz.  If Stabs is successful 100% in the arbitration I doubt their stock goes up $0.30 let alone $1 on that news.

Still really looking forward to an AGM and the hope that someone asks Stans what the specific terms of the litigation financing actually are.  It is troublesome, and I believe a breach of their duties, that they have failed to disclose that tot he shareholders.

I also still believe that a lawsuit is possible over their posting an "opinion of counsel" on their website claiming that the advisory opinion on the right to select an arbitration tribunal under treaty was a decision in their favor.  Given that it was an apparent excerpt of a letter (that was probably taken of out context or was meant to only describe an argument that could be made) that they first said was an opinion of their Russian counsel, then they changed their description no longer making the claim that it was counsel's opinion some time later, I think it likely they intentionally misrepresented that "opinion" to the shareholders.  I was shouted down on t his forum because I pointed out that the "opinion" was complete BS.  I am not a Canadian securities lawyer and the few 1000 (now 10s) I have invested in this stock doewsn't justify my time, but once there is some money to go after, it wouldn't surprise me if there are lawsuits filed.
