RE:RE:Does anyone here know...

RE:RE:Does anyone here know...This company has a litigation claim of over $200 million and a market cap of $7 million.  Despite the fact that it is realistically 2-4 years before a recovery on this claim, I do not think that the market is giving any value whatsoever to this lithium venture - at least not until due diligence is completed and disclosed.  I have been very dissatisfied with the disclosures by management in the past.  Until the due diligence is completed and is fully disclosed, I see the lithium venture as merely a distraction to justify the management continuing to take a salary.  As I have argued before, drastically diluting the stock to pursue a lithium deal punishes the long term shareholders.  Since the management hasn't seen fit to have an annual meeting for more than 2 years, I think it would be highly questionable for them to do so without a shareholder meeting and vote.  I really do not see the lithium deal moving beyond feasibility to production until there is a recovery on the litigation claim.

Contrary to many of the newcomers views, in my mind this remains a litigation stock, not a lithium play. Just my opinion.  DYODD.
