RE:RE:What happened to Calunius?Funding this time included corporate operations, not just litigation. Was only identified as an unnamed party.  My guess is that it is new money.

As for David, why have a shareholder relations person if you just going to ignore the shareholders rights and not have annual meetings and give yourself big pieces of the company without a shareholder vote.
