My understanding from the company is that the basic claim is $210,000,000 and the missing $90M is simply the accumulating interest as this claim slowly works its way through arbitration. The Tribunal will ultimately determine the settlement valuation.

i think it is notable that Boris’ commitment to the company’s success is unabated. He is working for close to nothing if the shares become worthless. Let’s hope that 2 years from now he is a multi millionaire.
