Lithium Business in Russia
Russian government owns the stockpile and the minerals in the ground. The way forward is a political one and will depend, I think, on the capacity of Rodney, Boris et al’s ability to navigate these complex and complicated waters. The question was asked why Russia would do business with a penniless and relatively unknown company (Stans) to produce Lithium. The answer was rather convoluted and not clear to me but Uranium One was mentioned, along with a lengthy explanation of multiple layers of Russian bureaucracy and the ability of Stans to efficiently produce a much needed rare earth...lithium
