RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:my cynical view of the funding relationshipBorsuk that's interesting, I'd never heard of the seizing of "airspace" payments.  Stans is of course unable to seize the Republic's shares in Centerra Gold, as the Ontario Court of Justice ruled on July 12, 2016 that these shares are the property of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC and not the Kyrgyz government.  

In addition to the Centerra shares, Kyrgyzaltyn owns all of the Republic's gold mining interests.  These assets are likely off-limits for Stans, in any jurisdiction, in the wake of the Ontario Court's decision.   

Do you think that the Kyrgs have a shot at successfully misrepresenting their ownership of, say, "airspace" payments made to the state?  I don't know how these payments are registered in Kyrgyz, but given the Kyrgs' success vis-a-vis the Centerra shares, I wonder if they can convince another national court that a given asset does not belong to them.
