RE:RE:RE:My 2 CentsI have also been averaging down since 2011 and totally agree with nolancole. Announcing a 9 digit award would have put the Kyrgs on the defensive and made negotiations all but impossible. Not to mention years of further litigation to lay claim to Kyrg assets. Much better to be a humble winner and work on a settlement that both sides win something. Stans wins cash, assets and maybe even an iron-clad mining license while the Kyrgs claim proof that things in that country are changing for the better. You catch more flies with honey...
Still, waiting to find out what is going on is terrible. GLTA. Our 8 year old dream is about to come true.
