let us wait for the trading over the next week,i still believe a license is possible,7 mil from 150mil+ is less than 5% at present,the shorts are taking advantage at present,will still own the infrastructure,rare earths will be in great demand from here on as china needs to source out supplies outside and are picking up projects to keep their control over the product,another long haul ahead,not folling for this trap
