I think you might be right but for a different reason. I was thinking it is kinda unusual (maybe I'm wrong) for Boris to have gone to Moscow just for the JV neogiations because the neogiations on the JV started in April 2019 iirc. Why did he go to Moscow the week of sept 23rd? When he could have gone at any other point during the neogiations?  I'm starting to think he was in Moscow to neogiate something else. Because if he was he would be unable to disclose it. Maybe neogiating a buyout or sale of the company? Combine this with the fact that even with the share price being down 80%+ there has only been 1 insider sell transaction accorroding to SEDI since the Tribunal announcement (side note: I think the share price tanked because there were individuals on the internet saying, wrongfully in my opinion, that Stan's needed to win $75M+ from the Tribunal or we'd go under so all the retails  saw that Stan's only won $31M and sold en masse. I don't think the SP should have skyrocketed with Stan's only being awarded $31M but I don't see why we cratered because before the Tribunal's decision was made losing the case was a option on the table we could have lost and got $0 CAD).

Speculatively IF Boris was/is neogiating a buyout/sale of the cmpany realistically the price has to be at least over $0.05 CAD because all the warrents from the PP's and all the options are at $0.05 CAD iirc
