RE:Rare Earths and gold in Russia and central Asia

RE:Rare Earths and gold in Russia and central AsiaNice find. The article states Polymetal believe Russia could diversify REE supply chain away from China. They are looking for REE project and technically we still own  Kutisay Mining LLC and Kashka REE Plant Ltd according to  the MD&A Nov 27/2019  which are registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Hypothetically they could buy us out for $20 Million CAD and that would be less than 10% of their cash and cash equivalents. If they bought us out they would own Kutisay Mining LLC and Kaska REE Plant Ltd they would probably have better relations with the Kyrgyz

Polymetal international cash and cash equivalents sit at $201 Million USD according to their H1 2019 filing but that unaudited
