RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Original press releaseUnfortunately, it appears that the Funders must collect both the full award and also the previous legal UK costs decision, if Stans is to receive the $½ mill. The chances of both these goals being achieved are IMHO (based on several other recent award negotiations), very low. Even if I am incorrect and its is not the full award that must be achieved, the Funders are incentivized to allow Krygyz escape from the decision costs as they are, if my memory serves me correctly, only about ½ the value that a $0.5 mill payment to Stans would cost them. This may well have been written into this newest agreement to give Stans some positive public news (however, tenuous).
As to the Russian project the information adds very little to what was already out there for investors.
The current status of the Mine Licensing Agreement for the Lobash-1 property, held by the JSC "Promnedra-Regions", is being confirmed with the Russian State Sub-soil Agency. As has been the situation for several years now, Stans has been trying to identify who exactly holds legal rights to what re., mining permits etc. Again, if my memory holds, they have already walked away from one Russian entity because of their illegitimate permit claims. This issue may be very difficult for Stans as they will probably need to use Russian legal entities to do this work and they don’t work for free. If they are in fact working, maybe Stans management is paying them directly out of their own pockets? I think the last private placement was mid 2017 for about $120,000. Over $100,000 of that came from insiders. Further,
The Company is continuing its due diligence of the data including exploration and metallurgical test results, as well as the mineral resource estimates, while waiting for licensing issues to be cleared. So, here Stans is apparently carrying out expensive analysis of data (which again must be coming out of the managements’ pockets), even though they have no legal permits yet. It is this failure to describe actual costs and funding sources for the Russian project over the years (while clearly here stating the costs to Stans for the ‘award’) that suggests this Russian issue is very much a wait and hope situation.
Again, I no longer hold stock in Stans but find this a very interesting micro-cap situation. Most, I think believe Stans cannot emerge from this environment, but a few do and the buying of shares by different entities is interesting. Clearly this release is not it but is there an event coming that will kick start the stock and allow holders to sell out before the sp craters on high volume? I will be watching.
