You are right in saying that it is my opinion. I really have no knowledge other than what i perceive so it is to be taken with a grain of salt. But recently the company website was shut down and boris as not answered the last emails I sent even those that date more than a couple of weeks. 

The last I heard was about the fact that they had no clue what was going on with ARMZ as they at not heard from them in months and months. He did not feel that the project had much life ( as per what i read between the lines )

You have to remember all of what was suppose to be done but never came :

1) Kutesay and Kalesay ( fail )
2) Skolkovo grant to develop technologies for rare earth ( fail )
3) Rudniy Log specularite (iron oxide) deposit ( fail )
4) intellectual property for lithium carbonate for WORLD DISTRIBUTION ( fail )
5) the litigation and money received ( fail )
6) lithium mine ( fail )
7) gold mine ( unknown )

This is what I can remember. It might not be dead money but they sure don't have a track of success and now that there's no money in the bank.....
