It's due to the exstinquishment of the loan in the Q3 filings that pushed the TTM EPS to 0.076 and the TTM PE ratio to 0.13 according to yahoo finance although the undervalued stock list show Stan's PE ratio at 0.10.

But there's also signifigant upside if we do get unhalted in:

A) The assignee of the award applied recently to have the award enforced in the US courts. They advanced Stan's $140,000 USD of the $500,000 USD they agreed to pay Stan's if the awards can be collected. That's $360,000 USD in the companies bank account.

B)With the TTM EPS and P/E being positive the share price should move up when the company is unhalted. I could be wrong.

C) Putin is rumored to have Parkinson's Disease and it was said by a source that his family is pressing him to retire this month. If it happens that's regime change meaning the negoiations on the 50/50 JV could be restarted. Once the deal is in place Stan's could sell a portion of it's stake in the JV to a 3rd party to raise cash. Companies do that all the time. Example: Northern Dynasty Minerals found a partner for the Pebble Project that put up $150 Million for permitting with an option to buy a 50% stake in the Pebble Limited Partnership but the deal never went through.
