TG, I can't think of one, but can you cite an example where a private company or arbitration financier went to either a US or a CAD court and got a favorable plaintiff rullng; in particular, against a sovereign country for their faliue to pay an arbitration award? Further, that such a court ruling had stated specfically a particular national asset that was to be seized?

If my memory serves me correctly Centerra was the object of one such challange but went no where due to failure to link it directly as a Kyrgyz asset (i.e., unfairly hurting target company shareholders).

What do you feel are non diplomatic assets that Kyrgyz has in the US? Anyone else have input? I just don't know.
