RE:RE:RE:Stan's Energy Cease Trade Order Fully revoked September 9thTG, thanks for the updated source.

Looks like a reverse merger is out and this Kyrgyz intention is what Stans will return to market with.

Personally, just can’t see it. We are going to have Kyrgyz negotiating with Stans re., a mine while the country battles Centerra as well as Stans very own funders for the arbitration award? Do we see any conflict of interests maybe arising here?

Further, I would not rely on any arbitration court decision being given much credence by interested entities, as it remains just an aging piece of paper with no legally documented action by the named parties (i.e., no court will actionably enfore it, hence the funders are presently chasing their tails).

I could see any Kyrgyz REE mining going to a Russian or Chinese entity with cash and a direct route to processing, particularly in China. In particualr, the Chinese are looking for opportunities to dig holes for materials all over the globe (e.g., Greenland Mins', RareX, MP Mats, etc) and Kyrgyz may be a safer situation than Afghanistan.

However, never say never so we will see.
