Crooks. Been saying this all along. A shell company with no strategy, and a bunch of crooks. Half a year now - no trading! Havent achieved anything in ten years, apart from this court case which they gained nothing from, apart from 10 years wasted legal fees and time. I dont understand what this company did, does, or plans to do.

The american shares are still trading so we arent gone yet and it's been 5 months since the halt and we aren't bankrupt so we should still be getting funded

Unfortunately, using stock trade halts is a legal way for a company to basically avoid maintaining an ongoing public persona and stop holders from final bailing on mass. All that is needed is an ‘acceptable’ reason for the halt e.g., upcoming news, change in company status, etc., and that’s it. First of all I don't agree. I believe we will get unhalted eventually because management and directors own a combined $101,000 in shares even at $0.01 per share. That's a lot of money to leave tied up in a halt. And second if you go back through the press releases you'll see we have a 50/50 JV with rosatom for the lithium project but the negoiations are on hold so the Russians are ...more
