RE:RE:WTH

RE:RE:WTHUnfortunately, using stock trade halts is a legal way for a company to basically avoid maintaining an ongoing public persona and stop holders from final bailing on mass. All that is needed is an ‘acceptable’ reason for the halt e.g., upcoming news, change in company status, etc., and that’s it. As long as the company keeps paperwork up to date (quarterly’s) then the TSX Venture does not care (even the paperwork as we have seen is ‘variable’). Again, as I have mentioned, one company, HVV has been halted nearly 6 years (believe me I know).

Stans has no funding coming from any settlement that their funders might negotiate out of Krygyz. The funders are not going to worry about reaching such a payment level that would trigger, I believe it’s about half mill’ $ or so payment to Stans (even if that does occur then that will be going to pay debts and maybe some ‘admin’ bills).

Stans has basically no cash, knowledge or skills to offer any Russian critical metals project, nor would the Russians even contemplate such a micro-cap company (basically bankrupt - technically due to the 'halt' it's not yet) associating with the state RE, Lithium, etc., agenda.

About the only thing I could speculate Stans might do is somehow to try to ‘reverse’ into some gold project to try and take advantage of the rising price just as a stock price momentum play.

As usual JMHO.
