Please write to Boris or Rodney and they will tell you something different. They are working with the SEC to get re-listed but it has been a difficult process. They are hopeful that it will be soon. There is still some hot coals in those ashes...

There are hot coals because Boris is mismanaging this company. He treats it like it like a private company. OSC have had enough, they won't meet the requirements to trade again. the most simple of examples. You need a updated live website to be a publically traded company where investors can find information . He hasn't even been able  to that for a year or so. The most basic of ...more

In cases like this then the OSC should have the  power and legal action to force them to abide by the rules. Where is the protection for the shareholders.Shouldn't there money and value be protected from simple things like that from happening where is our rights and service that we pay governments for. not exactly fair is it management will not comply with rules but we financially suffer ...more

They could have folded this and walked away a long time ago. It is in everyone's personal best interest $$ to trade again.  I believe there is some stoking taking place and when it catches, look out. I will buy every share I can at a penny. Glta!

I can understand peoples' frustration with this Stans situation. Unfortunately, as long as they keep in compliance with the quarterly docs they can maintain a trading halt indefinately. Again, I have 'working knowledge' of an explorer on the TSXV that has been in a continuous halt for the last 7, repeat seven years. One news release in 2020. They have not held an AGM or had a website ...more
