I emailed Boris again

I emailed Boris again asking if he could provide another update since he had hoped the company would be back to trading by the end of last week.

Here is his respose:

Trickygame,

I can hope but I can’t do others work – we are about to send to OSC the last set of requested documents.

Hope, that will do it.

Boris

If you do not know, that is a calamity, and if you know, the calamity is greater

He keeps blaming the OSC when it's his fault. He chose to file the accounts six months late and not abide the rules. Watch another month go by us wait another month with the same excuses. I keep poining this out. If you are a publically trading company, where is a website for investor information. It's the basics. I am sure they are asking that themselves.

It was not Boris who caused the filings to be 6 months late. The company was negoiating with the former auditor for months then asked them to resign in October 2020. That's why the filings took so long because of the former auditor. And about the website if you type stansenergy.com into a web browser you get taken to page by name secure domain hosting saying the website is under construction ...more

I emailed Boris yesterday asking for an update, he got back to me today here is his response Trickygame,   OSC responded on Monday - we are down to couple issues (from 21) which we are working on. Getting there.   Boris

21 issues. Wow!
Comment by TrickyGame on Apr 15, 2021 5:01pm
The main thing is they are down to a couple which means 2-3 and they are working on them

Did he say how long he thought before we get back up and running again ..this is taken way longer then I thought ..maybe Stan will have some good news when we get back to trading
Comment by TrickyGame on Apr 16, 2021 1:01pm
he did not say how long
Comment by TrickyGame on Apr 16, 2021 3:24pm
They do have a press release they want to put out but can't due to not trading so that should come out a few days after the company starts trading again
Comment by mrstockguy on Apr 16, 2021 3:33pm
You have to question how management got into this position In the first place where the OSC had 20plus issues with the way they were running their business.
Comment by TrickyGame on Apr 17, 2021 5:02pm
It may not be 21 issues per say, some of those could be the OSC having Stan's put processes in place to not get a CTO again
Comment by mrstockguy on Apr 18, 2021 1:12pm
That's my point. They are not running the company like a public company hence the CTO. Nothing to do with COVID. It's mismanagement.
Comment by TrickyGame on Apr 20, 2021 5:19pm
They are down to 2-3 issues and they formed a committee, one of the responsibilities of the committee is ensure the company is complying with regulatory resposibilities (ie getting the company back to trading). Hopefully each issue doesn't take more than a week to resolve, then it should not take the OSC more than a week to reinstate the company. Based on that we can assume that if the company ...more
