RE:RE:it looks like cash flow versus PPI understand your point . But  in the last release assomption is they were already in discussion with creditor before stock went between .07 and .11 . 

it was maybe the price to pay to convaince creditor to elimiate a debt since we are aware so far it is always a risk. you and i don't have all info to be able to determinate what is good or not but next weeks will say more ...
