the 1 million incentive shares options at .055. First off that is actually a real negligible amount when you look at the total os. Secondly the company priced the options knowing realistically where this had been trading. Given it has gone up from that I would think management will be collecting some of that now. I wonder how many more times the company will do this it is working out real well for them and in ways for us better the company team get and hold the shares then people flipping them that's how I see it. In regards to monies needed that's a tough one the cheapest initial option to avoid paying interest is through equity financing but that costs comes to all of us in the form of dilution and cheap pieces of paper to burn through no doubt people would prefer the debt financing...maybe a combination of both is possible. I dont know what bridging loans are so I wont speak to that all that much but I would imagine there is interest there too. This company will likely need to do a raise and I figure it will most likely be done at the .055 to .06 so that .055 options is really putting a floor to this stock. I also suspect there will as seems to be the case either offsetting news that comes at the same time or slightly before or after. Preferably same and if not after because people get pissed off when the price goes up and then dilution. There is no doubt in the near term a raise will come so I am expecting it. That said typically people want shares at raise values I am hoping it is no less than .06 so that with some decent news the value will stay above that. Now this is not to say it isnt possible the share value moves up nicely and the raise will happen at a higher level but the price movement is fairly weak and with shorting going on that is less likely but no doubt preferable. That said I talked about consolidation under growing and strengthen circumstances otherwise dont bother until they are. I am 50 50 to it. If done properly and sustained growth it will save time and people will be better off but if done wrongly there will be more dilution and the expression that best resembles this is if you put lipstick on a pig it is still a pig. Regardless, it will be interesting to see where things go and whatever the case may be this has excellent potential that is why I am rolling the dice on it but I will need to be smart...I see my strike point maybe I strike or wait as I said dont know yet i want to see who else joins Ari will not be the last. I think the company will bring on some more key players to build its reputation further xro did and it took some time for the price to go up but a lot has to do with its team and credibility with them.
