You will know when they are being pressured of a delisting when they anounce a reverse stock split! It seems like that is immanant because that is the tactic all these penny stocks use to buy a little bit more time and try and scam more money before they delist for real!!! Investment bankers are not giving money out to these speculative plays like they use to. Money is tight right now because of ...more

Why would they reverse stock split as it is the float is very low. IMO, it is the creation of a momentum by bringing the stock price to the bottom. Now it is only "way up".

I would agree, but you never know.  I've known of many penny stocks with 100 million shares or more that were still quite successful.  If management has indeed loaded up their own pockets with a lot of shares in wait, they shouldn't want those to consolidate either.  Time will tell.  It would just be nice if there was a hint of information from management.   KTF

The reason is because every company has to maintain a specified stock price, and if the price is getting near to nothing, the exchange sees it as a dried up stock and delists it. So a reverse stock split even as little as 1.25 -1 even with an already low float just to bring it's price back up and buy time and stay listed for when the sector picks up again. We shall see.  A consolidation of stock is not usually favourable as, yes, it might be a "little" time, but not much.  The share price usually drops to the pre-consolidation price.  Not something I would look forward to with this stock. Management could help this situation greatly by releasing some info....something about plans for the company.  Not impressed.
