My question

Does Heliostar have the expertise to build a mine? I think they'd have to bring in someone who's done it successfully before.  Also, how much capital would be required, and could they obtain it.  I'm assuming that any bids they get for AP would be if the low ball variety.

If they are forced to build AP themselves, it's Unga which may be on the block.

I think VP Sam Anderson has some expertise from his days at Newmont, but then Newmont had unlimited cash (and leverage) to work with.

Clearly, people from Torex would be best qualified.  I still think there's some deal to be had with Torex, which might want to get involved with Unga, as well.

Why, they can buy all the shares they want at dirt cheap prices on the open market.  How many total shares are there on the OTC, friend of mind said there's over a hundred million so 12.5 million is just a drop. I got a feeling there's some sh*t going on with management, that's why there's no news on why the share price is so depressed. :-(
