Some of us were wondering why they didn't complete the decline immediately.  Instead, they wasted their money on a promo drilling campaign that provided almost no new information.  I guess the previous own was on the right track.  Duh.

I think the "promo" drilling campaign was to verify the findings from the previous owners in some of holes they drilled. The reports of the "promos" generally were better than expected and may end up being mined ahead of schedule in order to increase their cash flow going forward. I think you're missing the point.With Ana Paulo in production,developing Unga  becomes a much less dilutive venture.

rondun5, I know the outlining benefit of keeping Unga if the stars line up, which in ordinary circumstances would. We really shouldn't have seen Funk being forced to raise money with share prices considerably lower than the combined value of Ana Paula and Unga. I know Funk can no longer capitalize selling off Unga that originally would've put millions in the bank while driving the share ...more
