Warrants exercised

Warrants exercisedis nothing but a good thing and what they need, as they need the capital to continue with their plans, and expansion.  They haven't any capital, and that's the only downside.  Nothing major of float has changed, and you can simply check.

The warrants are at 18 cents, no one would exercise them to dump them for no profit. It doesn't cost you anything to hold them, but it does to exercise them. That would be idiotic just to turn around and dump them. I have many warrants in companies, you wait exercise them for a large profit. Most just hold them as long as possible. Or in this case if it helps the company (and you) by making the company successful, you sell them much higher, or after this thing goes parabolic if they get the Lockheed contract. The length of a warrant is always key.

The current warrants from the last PP do not expire until May 13, 2015. Certainly no rush to throw them away when you could have a massive winfall by just holding them, to see what happens.  Anyone trying to sway people otherwise, well.....

The company has awarded options at 14 cents to insiders and the IR company the Howard Group. The float has gone up nothing in terms of percentage, not even a million shares.  If you start to see warrants exercised then that is nothing but positive.  if some of these were excercised, I doubt they have been sold by insiders and the Howard group who own other shares and would drive down the company, no that would be a silly businessman.  The options are no where near to expiring.

Also the chart look fantastic.  Huge spike.. retracement....huge spike...retracement...    Now you know what's next.

Cheers

Presclubs.
