Oh sorry. I'm an investor not a flipper. I'm holding here for a 2 to 3 year time frame. If your a flipper that's fine but i'm holding. Seems to work for me. Why sell for .04 when it will be .40 in the next few years? I'm just trying to get the story out. And in my opinion it's a good one!!
