I bet this came as a very big surprise!!!! I just checked. This thing hasn't done squat in eight years. Guess Ben and crew didn't really need the Iranian money after all. They just decided to issue more shares instead!!! What a quaint idea. I guess you can't wait until the AGM can you?

From what I know about this corporation, the company wouldn’t sell stock at 27 cents unless they had something to do with the money. All of those of us who follow the stock closely have long since concluded that to move ahead, the company must have a commercial-size plant—approximately 400 metric tons, located in the US or Canada. The fertilizer is everything they have said it is and more ...more
